How money and policing are rebuilding East Hills
Not every resident is pleased with this zero-tolerance approach. Sharon Fields, who attended the recent agency-head meeting, complains that security is heavy-handed. But she herself was arrested in October by Pittsburgh police. According to an incident report, officers had approached a young man in a hoodie on a warm night because they thought he was suspicious. Ms. Fields started swearing at them about harassing the man, police said, and ended up spending 12 hours in jail on a disorderly conduct charge. Some residents also complain about "shoddy" construction of the units and chafe at the regulations imposed by management. But Ms. Baylock, of CT Management, says the complaints are the result of a lack of enforcement in years past.
Mobile World Congress: Day one highlights
The show formerly known as 3GSM is always a busy one, with many mobile and telecoms companies choosing to announce their latest company news on the first day of the show. However, this year the vendors were not only competing with each other to make the biggest splash; the European Commission's competition commissioner and mobile industry public-enemy number-one Viviane Reding was on hand to inject some consumer rights into proceedings. "I couldn't understand a word she was saying. She was slurring and spitting, and talking with a British accent" stated the salesgirl. "Her face was covered with cold sores and acne, and her scalp was patchy. I wanted to help her, but she was so mean that I left her alone. Then she muttered, 'F**k you!' and left the store". I really think that doesn't need any more comments. It's just too classy for words... .
Tide Turns To Positive as E-mails Flood Town Offices in Support of ...
The most obvious thing I note is that loutravieso him/herself hasn't managed to make it all the way through either the Constitution or the Declaration. For that matter, he obviously didn't understand the portion of the Declaration quoted in the article. He advocates arrest and imprisonment based on Ideas. Not to mention that little side trip to HELL. His attitude is in clear violation of the Constitution he challenges US to understand and he espouses the exact sort of behaviour which prompted the founding fathers to commission Jefferson to write the declaration in the first place. .
